Stomach bloating

Though there are a number of factors that can cause stomach pain and bloating for days, the most common causes are food and drinks. Fluid Retention:

A lot of women experience bloating in the week prior to menstruation due to building up of fluids due to imbalance of hormones. Lactose intolerance can be accompanied with mild or severe symptoms. Some severe symptoms of lactose intolerance are cramps, nausea, bloating and diarrhea. There are certain tests available to confirm if you are suffering from lactose intolerance. For severe symptoms doctors usually prescribe lactase enzyme. Apart from this there are a number of foods such as onions, cabbage, beans, broccoli that can cause gas due to food intolerance.
